What We Believe About Fitness Transformation

We see a misconception about fitness:

Fitness is viewed as unnatural and unattainable while becoming unfit is viewed as inevitable and random.

We reject the defeatist view that we cannot shape our body, our mind, or our destiny. We believe in achieving the human’s potential through transformation, not chance:

1. Transformation is the product of your environment. No one sticks to good habits in a bad environment. Clear your environment of things that trigger your bad habits. CHANGE YOUR ENVIRONMENT BEFORE YOU BEGIN A TRANSFORMATION.

2. Transformation is something you do. It’s not something you fantasize about.
TRANSFORMATION IS ACTION.

3. Transformation is not impossible. You just need the right knowledge, the right plan, the right mindset, and the right habits.
TRANSFORMATION IS POSSIBLE.

4. Transformation does not happen overnight. It’s a little discipline every day, and not a matter of time, that adds up to a huge transformation.
TRANSFORMATION TAKES PATIENCE.

5. Transformation is an individual journey, but you’re not alone. There are others struggling with the same thing you are.
TRANSFORMATION IS A HUMAN EXPERIENCE.

6. Transforming does not entail shedding pounds alone. Transforming means shedding your limiting beliefs, self-doubt, self-criticism, and bad habits, and renewing your mind. Transforming changes who you are, where you are, what you are, how you are, and why you are.
TRANSFORMATION IS TOTAL AND COMPLETE CHANGE.

7. Transforming is to become the ideal version of yourself: the version you always wanted to be but up until now haven’t been able to live up to it or achieve it.
TRANSFORMATION IS WORTH IT.
